Banana pancakes and chia jam

Awesome for lazy Sunday mornings when you want to eat something extra yummy.

The Pancakes

Ingredients
  1. 1 dl rice flour or buckwheat flour
  2. 2,5 dl oatmeal
  3. 2,5 dl milk of choice
  4. 2 bananas
  5. 2 tsp baking soda
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Mix it all together and fry the pancakes in coconut oil.
Notes
  1. Serve with chia jam, coconut flakes and peanut butter chunks

The Chia Jam

  1. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  2. 1 dl thawed berries
  3. 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix and eat :)
