- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1,2 dl juice/milk of your choice
- Your favourite fruits and berries
- Just add 2 tbsp of chia seeds and soak them in 1,5 dl juice/milk of your choice for about 10mins. Serve with your favourite fruits and berries!
