Vegan pesto from homegrown organic herbs

Today I finally got to pick my green basil, purple basil and cilantro that has been growing in my window all the way from tiny little seeds :) It has been great to see them grow and it feels special to make my own pesto from my homegrown organic herbs for sure!

  6. 2 small garlic cloves
  7. 1/4 cup olive oil
  8. Sea salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all the nuts and seeds to a food processor and pulse into a fine meal. Then add the herbs and oil and pulse into a pesto-like texture. Season with nutritional yeast, salt and possibly more garlic until it tickles your taste buds.

I also picked one of my radishes and used it for a salad. The haulm was added to a wok. I want to use everything :)
