Homemade vegan easter candy

Buy dark chocolate with at least 70% cacao (I bought with 85% cacao) and then choose your favourite nuts and fruits to cover with chocolate. Yum :)

I chose raisins and almonds which I just covered with chocolate and let them dry. But I also wanted to make “ice cream” so I covered kiwi and bananas in chocolate as well and then put them in the freezer.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, put in your choice of fruits and nuts and then put them on a baking sheet to dry.
